Estate agents who don't return calls — why even bother

Trying to book viewings on 5 properties this week. Called all 5 agents. Got through to 2. Left voicemails with 3. None of the 3 called back. Sent follow-up emails. Still nothing.

One property has been on the market for 4 months. You'd think they'd want to arrange viewings??

I know they're busy but this is literally their one job. Rant over.
