How do you deal with property FOMO?

Every time I see a nice property sell quickly I get this horrible sinking feeling that I've missed out and will never find anything good.

Logically I know more properties will come on the market. But emotionally it's exhausting — especially when you've been looking for 6+ months and keep getting outbid or beaten by cash buyers.

How do other people manage the emotional toll of house hunting?
