Is the Lifetime ISA still worth it with the £450k cap?

Been paying into a LISA for 2 years now (about £11k total with bonuses). The 25% bonus is great but the £450k property price cap is becoming a real problem.

We're looking in outer London / Herts and literally everything decent for a 2-bed is over £450k now. If we go above the cap we lose the bonus AND pay a 25% penalty on withdrawal — so we'd actually lose money.

Feels like the government set this cap in 2017 and just forgot about it. Anyone else stuck in this trap? What are you doing?
