Which flood warning areas cover City of London (East) & Shoreditch (EC2)?

What does the flood checker show for EC2?
It lists the Environment Agency flood warning areas within about 2km of the postcode and any flood warnings or alerts in force right now. It is not the Environment Agency's own flood-risk rating for a property — for the long-term river, sea and surface-water ratings of a specific address, use the Environment Agency's "check your long term flood risk" service on GOV.UK.
How do I check the long-term flood risk of an EC2 address?
Enter the exact address into GOV.UK's "check your long term flood risk" service. It gives the Environment Agency's river, sea and surface-water ratings for that property, which a list of warning areas across EC2 cannot. Check it before you offer, and ask the seller whether the home has ever flooded or had a flood claim.
